Since making Calvert County his full-time home, James has served as an election judge, a Planning and Zoning Commissioner, and a regional grassroots organizer.
He and his wife are proud anchors of a large family, including ten grandchildren.
After a 45-year career in communications technology, James is now running to bring steady leadership and a neighbor's heart to the local office.
